We Firmly Believe Local is Greener Than Organic

That usually is not very accessible due to a variety of contributing factors. We try our very best to make sure we are using the most sustainably sourced products with the lowest food miles in all our drinks and food. The majority of local farmers we have encountered in and around the UK, do in fact practice organic processes but find it difficult to receive the seal of approval and certifications due to costs and the mountains of laborious paperwork involved. We stick to buying fresh seasonal produce which are guaranteed have no use of pesticides or fertilizers, and develop our menu accordingly in regards to what is going to be available at that specific time of year.
